Royal expert and author Tom Quinn lifted the lid on the devastating ordeal for the Sussexes in talks with the Mirror, saying: “Harry was absolutely furious and in tears about being evicted from Frogmore – he felt his father had no right to do it and that it was purely vindictive.” Harry, according to the royal author, “couldn’t see that choosing to stop being a working royal would inevitably mean being deprived of his royal residence”, with the Duke of Sussex taking it as a “cruel rejection” from his father, King Charles III.
