Jenna Brandt Shares Photos from Iowa Wedding to Brock Purdy: ‘Best Day of Our Lives’

The newlyweds tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Des Moines, Iowa, on March 9.

Jenna Brandt is already cherishing memories from her recent wedding to San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy. Just days after their intimate ceremony in Des Moines, Iowa, on March 9, the bride — who has already updated her Instagram handle to jennapurdyy — shared photos from their special day.

In the first image, the newlyweds are seen standing outside the chapel, sharing a tender kiss. The next photo in the carousel captures another kiss, this time surrounded by bridesmaids and groomsmen, all elegantly dressed in black.  Best day of our lives,” Brandt captioned the Instagram photos. “I get to call my best friend my HUSBAND for forever and ever!!!!” Brandt also shared pictures of her and Brock during their first dance. One black-and-white photograph captured the couple locking eyes as they swayed together. Another picture showcased the newlyweds enjoying a more relaxed dance session surrounded by their friends and family.

“I love you Mrs. Purdy,” Brock commented on his wife’s post. “The best weekend EVER!!! Love you both so much,” Brock’s sister, Whittney Purdy, added. “Congratulations to you both!!!” Kristin Juszczyk, the wife of 49ers fullback Kyle Juszczyk, also wrote on Jenna’s post.
The pictures also showcase the two wedding dresses Brandt wore for her special day. One dress was a strapless floor-length gown adorned with intricate button detailing, elegantly paired with a sheer white veil. Her second of the evening, a sequined white halter dress, was worn as the couple celebrated on the dance floor with their guests.

Purdy complemented his black tuxedo and suspenders with a white corsage, while Brandt accessorized her wedding day ensemble with simple diamond drop earrings, a diamond necklace and a tennis bracelet. The newlyweds first crossed paths while students at Iowa State University, where Purdy played football and Brandt was a setter on the volleyball team. Despite Brandt’s eventual transfer to the University of Northern Iowa in 2021, the two remained together.

In July 2023, Purdy knelt down on one knee on a dock in Saint Cloud, Florida, and proposed. “My Jenna girl forever. I can’t wait to be your husband and grow together in Christ. Here’s to forever babe. I love you JB!” the quarterback captioned a series of engagement photos on Instagram.

In a separate Instagram post, Brandt wrote, “WE GET TO DO LIFE TOGETHER…FOREVER! Brock Purdy – I love everything about you & your heart for Jesus more than any words can say.”
