CELEBRITY
The cozy room, adorned with exposed brick wallpaper and bold black lettering spelling out “BRONZE,” is every bit as charming as you’d expect from the Mahomes family.
Brittany Mahomes, co-owner of the Kansas City Currents and wife of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, gave her Instagram followers a sweet peek into her 17-month-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III’s nursery on Friday, May 17. The cozy room, adorned with exposed brick wallpaper and bold black lettering spelling out “BRONZE,” is every bit as charming as you’d expect from the Mahomes family.
In the Instagram Stories post, Bronze’s crib is seen nestled between a white armchair and a trash can, with a blanket casually draped over the crib’s railing, adding a homey touch to the scene. The cuteness didn’t stop there. Another snapshot captured Bronze and his big sister, 3-year-old Sterling Skye, engaging in some creative play. The siblings were drawing with chalk on a giant chalkboard, flanked by locker-style shelves-perfect for storing all their artistic supplies and toys.
Brittany, 28, has been delighting her followers with glimpses of family life. Earlier this month, she shared a heartwarming photo of little Bronze playing with a toy golf club. In the Instagram post, Bronze, dressed in a striped shirt and hunter green shorts, sat on a couch, gripping his toy golf club. “Just a boy and his golf club,” Brittany captioned the photo, adding a sideways crying-laughing emoji for good measure.
Back in March, Brittany melted hearts with a selfie featuring Bronze in a carrier strapped to her chest. Both mom and baby beamed at the camera in the sweet snap. “My VERY attached baby boy,” Brittany wrote, complete with a teary-eyed and heart emoji. The retired soccer player also shared a series of photos highlighting Bronze’s messy hair. “Tap to brush,” she joked with crying laughing emojis, before revealing another photo of his neatly brushed hair.
In an interview with PEOPLE this past January, Brittany opened up about her two children, sharing that Bronze was just beginning to learn to walk. “We have been trying to get him to walk for quite some time now, so he’s getting there. He’s almost there. He’s taken a few steps on his own, but he’s not fully walking all the way just yet,” she said. With such a loving and lively household, it’s no wonder Brittany Mahomes loves to share these precious moments with the world.
