This Saturday Kansas City will be rocking during this year’s Kelce Jam, a new edition of the music festival organized by the one and only Chiefs tight end, Travis Kelce.
This year’s lineup includes a combination of a little bit of every top music genre the people is listening to and the Mahomes family is leading the way with Patrick’s brother involved by sharing on social media the official poster a few days away from the event.
Artists like Lil Wayne, Diplo, and 2 Chainz are set to take the Azure Amphitheatre this May 18th. A collective net worth of over $240 million should do the trick to attract music lovers from the area and even others that will travel to witness this musical party.
Travis Kelce wants his event to be more than that, as he has said that he wants it to be a legacy. The festival debuted in 2023 alongside the NFL Draft and it featured stars like Machine Gun Kelly and Tech N9ne “Kansas City, Kelce Jam is back baby! I’m excited to once again welcome fans for the ultimate day of music, food, and an electric experience celebrating Kansas City,” Travis Kelce posted on his social media.
Inspired by Rob Gronkowski’s Gronk Beach, Kelce envisioned an event that would grow deep in Kansas City as part of the Chief’s success.
Although the event’s success is guaranteed, there is one star missing in the lineup. Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift will not be performing, and many might disappoint, it is understandable that she is not there.
Tay-Tay is currently on her Eras Tour in Stockholm, and she cannot be in Kansas City or this one. However, if she made it back and forth all over the world when the Chiefs played in the Super Bowl, it wouldn’t be a shock to see her a few hours later back in the United States, but that is highly unlikely.
