Kylie Kelce Says She purposely hid herself from the camera ”I enjoy living a private life, i am not a celebrity”
Kylie Kelce Would Rather Be Behind the Camera Than in Front of It.
But she’s happy to use attention to spotlight important causes. As Taylor Swift leads the return and rise of the WAG, there’s one football wife who’s happy to stay out of the spotlight: Kylie Kelce, who is married to Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, brother of Travis. “It’s not particularly my cup of tea to be in the spotlight or in front of a camera,” she told a local Kansas City outlet after leading a kids’ field hockey clinic, per People. (Kylie was a field hockey player in college.) As a former communications major, she’d rather be “behind” the camera, though she acknowledges that her platform “creates opportunities,” like the clinic.
“I’m so happy to be able to give back to Kansas City in this way,” she said. Even before the Taylor of it all, the Kelce family’s star was on the rise. Earlier this year the Kelce boys became the first brothers to ever play against each other in the Super Bowl; their mom, Donna, was already well-known among NFL fans; and Jason is a hometown hero in Philly.
He and Travis capitalized on their growing fame to launch their New Heights podcast, and Jason was the subject of the recent Amazon documentary Kelce, much of which is about his relationship with wife Kylie. During the Kelce Bowl, she was pregnant with the couple’s third daughter and brought her obstetrician to the game in case she went into labor there.
The unfortunate thing you might realize after watching Kelce is that Kylie is really, really likable. And pretty. And smart. And caring, and level-headed, and a good mom. I fear that people are going to want to make her quite famous. Sorry, Ky! If you want to get out of the spotlight, you’re going to have to become awful. I don’t make the rules.
